  2. Be able to quickly identify issues, think critically, and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  3. Be a proactive team player, contributing to the success of the team.
  4. Be willing to work on-site six (6) days a week, with either Saturday or Sunday as your designated day off, to ensure top-notch support is provided to our customers.
