We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role will support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

This role will work remotely and require a fixed-term contract. We do not solicit money from applicants during the application process nor require any form of payment to proceed with your application.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Experience
- Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at the organization.
- Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
HR Administration
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- This role will be part of a global team spanning multiple locations, specifically delivering new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Manage employee data in our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
- Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
- Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Ownership of the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.
- Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
- Lattice administration, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations.
- Report on people initiatives as required.
Employee Relations
- Zendesk triage with a 24-hour response time across tickets.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
