Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for verifying patient medical records, preparing medical prescriptions, and facilitating referral cases to Specialists. Additionally, they will monitor all aspects of Telemedicine consultations and provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify patient medical records by checking previous and current databases
- Prepare medical prescriptions by gathering required information from databases
- Facilitate referral cases to Specialists by scheduling patient consultations
- Monitor all aspects of Telemedicine consultations
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in medical and allied courses, with a graduate degree preferred but not required. Experience is an advantage but not necessary. You should also possess basic knowledge of medical terms and computer programs.
Desirable Skills:- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and management skills
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
