Master Data Management Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to provide high-quality services within Master Data Management (MDM). Supporting regions and countries globally, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand documentation requirements and execute jobs as per standard operating procedures.
  • Meet departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to delivery guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to enhance service delivery to business partners.
  • Flag operational challenges to immediate supervisors and business partners in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow as defined for respective services.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree. A degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Management is advantageous.
  • 0-3 years of job experience from the BPO or logistics domain preferred.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office.
  • Effective English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good logical reasoning skills.
  • High level of customer centricity.
