As a Customer Experience Manager at Prudential, you will contribute to smooth customer experiences by ensuring high availability and reliability of various platforms/touchpoints used by our customers.

  1. Act as a pseudo–Product Owner.
  2. Ensure that raised production tickets are closed within Service Level Agreement.

The role involves reviewing and assessing Service Requests raised by Business and ensuring development is within committed schedule.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will:

  • Address customer issues as required by a given business scenario.
  • Assist the Scrum Master and Product Owner in managing the Tribe.
