Collection Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled Collection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in contact clients to collect outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients to collect outstanding payments.
  • Communicate patiently and professionally with customers to encourage timely payments.
Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts.
  • Familiarity with dialers is required.
  • Proven account management experience is necessary.
  • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are must-haves.
Technical Requirements:
  • A suitable operating system (Windows 11).
  • A minimum 2.0 GHz processor or Intel Core i3, i5, i7, or dual-core processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • A minimum of 80 GB hard drive space or 20 GB free space.
  • One available USB port and a USB headset with noise-canceling feature.
  • A wired internet connection via cable or fiber (10 Mbps download and upload speed).
