Job Opportunity

This role involves installing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers.

The systems administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software and hardware.

Responsibilities include monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

Network servers and technology tools must be managed. Security measures must be implemented to protect data, software and hardware.

Regular backup operations must be performed and appropriate processes must be in place for disaster recovery and failover procedures.

Managing user accounts and access permissions is a key responsibility, as well as providing technical support and guidance to users.

Documentation of system configurations, procedures and changes must be maintained via helpdesk tickets and project reports.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a systems administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams admin portals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft scripting
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management and security
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
