Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of multiple projects involving low-voltage systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, and network infrastructure installations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive project management experience, technical proficiency in low-voltage systems, and a strong construction background. This role requires coordinating project schedules, budgets, technical requirements, and client communications while ensuring high-quality installations and services.

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Design & Technical Support: Design layouts for access control systems, configure, install, and commission low-voltage systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure systems are fully tested and operational.
  • Team & Ticket Coordination: Manage service tickets, assign tasks to technicians and subcontractors, monitor progress, and offer guidance on technical and logistical challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Construction Background: A solid understanding of construction workflows, building infrastructure, and integration of low-voltage systems is essential.
  • Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects, including security systems, surveillance cameras, access control, and network infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems and networking equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Experience working with subcontractors and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
