Our team is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to play a crucial role in our pioneering power system projects.

Job Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high voltage grid connection projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and direct power system studies using PSS/E, PSCAD, Powerfactory, and Hypersim modeling environments.
  • Develop and deliver generator performance standard studies compliant with schedule 5 of the national electricity rules.
  • Prepare technical reports for the generator connection process, including registration and compliance testing.
  • Design and manage cost-effective engineering solutions for power system projects.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in full end-to-end delivery of complex high voltage grid connection projects.
  • Background in an engineering design, build & commission operating environment.
  • Strong focus on Health, Safety, Quality (HSEQ) and passion for delivering results in areas of commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient multi-tasker with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Experience using PSCAD Software.
