Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project coordinator to oversee multiple projects involving low-voltage systems, such as access control, surveillance cameras, burglar alarms, and network infrastructure installations. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, technical proficiency in low voltage systems, and a strong construction background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality installations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and projects are progressing as planned.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Construction Background: A solid understanding of construction workflows, building infrastructure, and the integration of low-voltage systems into construction projects is essential.
  • Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects, including security systems, surveillance cameras, access control, and network infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems (e.g., Ubiquiti, Verkada, AXIS, ADC, Spot AI) and networking equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho Desk/Projects, Bluebeam, System Surveyor, etc.) and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects.
