Job Description

Create and maintain automated test scripts in line with the testing framework. Execute and oversee the test plan, ensuring timely completion.

  • Develop a comprehensive project-specific testing strategy covering the entire testing lifecycle.
  • Analyze data to create improvement programs for quality assurance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, address issues promptly, and make informed decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in technical program management and software quality assurance/testing is essential. Significant experience within the Telecommunications (Telco) industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Test Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive test strategies.
  • Testing Methodologies: Deep understanding of various testing types and their application, including unit, functional, integration, performance, stress, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Test Automation: Experience in creating, maintaining, and driving the adoption of a test automation strategy to increase efficiency and code re-use.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Proficiency in defining, tracking, and reporting on quality assurance metrics and KPIs.
