Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles or customer service.
  • Demonstrated phone communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
