Workforce Management Specialist
Deep Blue Company, a leader in the Australian real estate market, is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to provide strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collect, maintain, and analyse business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Additionally, they will be proficient in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI, and have familiarity with or understanding of Sales system (Pipedrive), CRM, and phone system.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders that highlight key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action. They will also work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the organisation.
