Job Overview

The Digital Operations & Listings Specialist is a key role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our listings on Airbnb and Booking.com. This involves preparing monthly reports on key performance indicators such as revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compare performance against previous months and years to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse reservations, account development, and Airbnb quality scores to provide insights for optimisation.
  • Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on Airbnb and Booking.com, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Optimise new listings by setting up content, pricing, images, and co-host onboarding.
  • Ensure all listings are tracked in Monday.com and design/update floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives using Illustrator, RoomSketcher, and Canva.
  • Provide ad hoc support to senior management, including policy, price, and payment changes, and create presentations, reports, and one-off creatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Guesty.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.
  • Comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals, with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with experience in short-term rental property management.
  • Familiarity with creative tools, including Illustrator, Canva, and RoomSketcher, as well as knowledge of pricing optimisation and platform integrations.
