Senior Project Manager

 

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to work with our Transformation team and business/support teams. The ideal candidate will drive and oversee day-to-day execution of organizational strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role involves:

  • Leading bank portfolio projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with compliance, risk management, IT, and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
  • Providing regular project updates to senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, issues, and risks.

Our ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in project management or a related field, with at least 4 years' experience in leading transformation/strategic projects. They must be experienced in successfully managing large-scale projects within a banking environment, possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements
