Project Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of multiple client projects across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery practices, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project timelines, milestones, and blockers.
  • Management of cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, QA, and design leads.
  • Coordination with stakeholders to ensure resource alignment and delivery expectations.
  • Proactive risk escalation and mitigation planning.
  • Servicing as a key client contact for delivery-related updates, check-ins, and issue resolution.
  • Continuously improving delivery processes and team capabilities in collaboration with leadership.

Day-to-Day Delivery:

  • Client communication: Handling daily project updates and delivery discussions.
  • Project success: Ensuring clients' expectations are met, risks are managed, and projects finish on time.
  • Resource planning: Prioritizing and coordinating resources to mitigate the impact of reallocation or resource changes.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentoring project managers and handling performance reviews.
  • Process improvement: Identifying better ways to deliver projects and support the team.
  • Problem-solving: Serving as the go-to person when delivery challenges arise.

Client Relationships:

  • BUILDING Strong Working Relationships With Clients.
  • New Client Setup: Assisting new clients in understanding how we work and what to expect.
  • Issue Resolution: Solving delivery problems quickly and escalating bigger issues to leadership when needed.

Success Measures:

  • All Project Managers demonstrating improved client responsiveness and delivery consistency.
  • Clear delivery metrics and reporting established.
  • Leadership team freed from day-to-day delivery operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or digital operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional digital teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to switch between high-level planning and hands-on issue resolution.
  • Calm under pressure and proactive in finding solutions.
