We are looking for a
Digital Solutions Manager
to lead initiatives that transform the way the organization uses technology to achieve business goals. This role is focused on building and delivering digital products and services that strengthen operational efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and support long-term growth. The manager will work across teams to turn business needs into practical digital solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and future-ready.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least
    5 years of professional experience in digital transformation, solutions delivery, or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong background in digital technologies such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Proven track record in project management with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and improve digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the company's digital strategy to align with business goals and growth priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of digital solutions such as websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure all digital products are user-friendly, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights on digital initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative tools to maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, data privacy laws, and digital security requirements.
