Role Overview:We are seeking a Strategic Delivery Manager – SAP to drive digital transformation through innovative solutions and leadership. This role involves overseeing high-impact teams and ensuring client success within our global delivery model. The ideal candidate will blend visionary leadership with operational excellence across the SAP platform (FI, MM, BW, Authorization, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership & StrategyLead the SAP practice in the Global Delivery Center (PH) by setting strategic direction and performance standards. Translate the company's global vision into actionable strategies focused on business planning and customer success.

Foster a client-centric delivery model through innovative services and execution frameworks. Act as a sponsor for critical SAP engagements and participate in executive steering committees. Manage departmental financials, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.2.

End-to-End Delivery ExcellenceDefine and manage delivery KPIs and operational standards; promote continuous improvement. Oversee the lifecycle of SAP projects from scoping to delivery and hypercare. Serve as a key escalation point for complex delivery issues and client concerns.

Collaborate with global leadership to enhance delivery models and capabilities.3. Client & Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, from operational leads to CxOs. Manage client deliveries across AMS and project landscapes.

Engage in business development activities, including shaping SoWs and proposal development. Contribute to product innovation and go-to-market strategies for SAP solutions.4. People & Capability ManagementLead and develop a high-performing delivery team across various geographies.

Conduct workforce planning and demand forecasting aligned with project needs. Focus on team performance, career development, and succession planning. Promote a culture of collaboration, diversity, and excellence.

Qualifications:5 years of leadership experience in IT professional services, preferably in SAP.3 years of successful delivery/program management experience in SAP projects. Expertise in cross-border delivery models and multicultural team leadership. Deep understanding of SAP modules and integrations with third-party platforms.

Strong financial acumen with experience in managing departmental P&L.
