At our dynamic healthcare startup, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing Coordinator to support the credentialing and re-credentialing process for our providers.
Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Our ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process, including managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.
Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. They will serve as a key point of contact for providers and external entities (licensing boards, payers, etc.) for credentialing-related inquiries and processes.
Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Our ideal candidate will assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
Reporting and Process Contribution: The successful candidate will support the generation of credentialing reports, proactively identify and help resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.
Adaptable Responsibilities: As our organization grows and evolves, the responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the company.
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment.
Collaborative & Independent Contribution: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data. Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in healthcare credentialing standards and compliance.
Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
Communication & Collaboration: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (licensing boards, payers, providers).
Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ₱30,000 – ₱45,000 per month and a Central Time Zone / Mountain Time Zone working schedule.
