Key Marketing Role

This role is responsible for developing and leading a marketing strategy that drives awareness, demand, and customer loyalty. The successful candidate will be able to build and lead a high-impact marketing function, drive brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement to accelerate the company's SaaS growth journey.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and drive revenue growth through effective demand generation.
  • Lead and inspire a small, agile team of marketers, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate the organization in the SaaS market.
  • Design and execute campaigns to scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role. They will have a proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth, strong leadership skills, and a strategic yet hands-on approach to executing campaigns while driving vision.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator and storyteller, comfortable simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives. They will have a data-driven mindset, expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Background in analytics, BI, or data-focused SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the Australian SaaS market and experience scaling globally.
  • Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
