**General Administrative Assistant Position**

We are looking for a reliable and efficient General Administrative Assistant to support our team at Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. As a General Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Email and Text Management: Respond to emails and texts on behalf of the GM, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare reports and documents as needed, including sales data analysis, staff schedules, and inventory reports.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, assigning tasks to relevant team members, and following up on progress.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries directed to the online business, providing timely and professional responses using our scripts.
  • Staff Support: Coordinate staff onboarding paperwork, schedule team meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Data Collection: Conduct market research, gather competitor information, and compile relevant data for the GM's decision-making.
  • Online Presence: Assist in updating and maintaining the store's online presence, including social media accounts, emails, and website content as provided.

**Requirements:**

  • Administrative Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using programs like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in Asana and Lightspeed POS being an advantage.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Adaptability: Flexible to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations, with the ability to work independently and effectively.
