Job Overview

The General Ledger Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Assist in processing payroll, ensuring employee hours, overtime, and deductions are recorded accurately.
  3. Verify payroll calculations and assist with resolving any discrepancies.

Requirements
  • • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting support role.• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
