Job Position Summary: This role is focused on upholding compliance standards in business relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide recommendations to senior management based on due diligence findings.
  • Maintain collaboration with colleagues from different departments to gather relevant information for due diligence processes.
  • Diligently document and process Internal Suspicious Activity Reports.
  • Effectively manage registers and provide regular reports to support compliance efforts.
  • Ensure accurate compliance-related data within the Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Evaluate significant compliance concerns or contentious matters.
  • Participate in internal and external audit reviews as required.
  • Promote a robust compliance culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in compliance-focused roles.
  • A strong understanding of AML/CTF compliance principles.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred).
  • Excellent English business proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
