- Coordinate with MIS team and submit required data for validation
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders and ensure all stages of employee onboarding are complete
- Ticket management (email, chat) of issues raised by employees as well as program managers regarding process, status, tools etc.
- Prepare weekly reports and summary of Onboarding data and progress
Requirements:
- Effective interpersonal skills; personable, diplomatic, flexible, patient
- Knowledge on ticketing tool
- Familiarity with, or capability to rapidly acquire trouble shooting skills
- Sound knowledge of personal computers and their operating systems or capability to acquire this knowledge rapidly
- Good Typing Skills
- Good communication skills required
- Ownership and commitment to problem resolution
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong Organisational skills
- Flexible for 24x7 environments with shifts (5.5 days a week)
- Completed at least 2 years in College
