Job Description

The Assessment Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our assessment programs.

This includes coordinating data collection, entry, scanning, scoring, and scheduling processes for assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile, process, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and generating reports for stakeholders.
  • Research & Evaluation: Design and implement research methodologies, develop surveys, collect and analyze data, and interpret findings.
  • Assessment Management: Oversee data collection, entry, scanning, scoring, and scheduling processes for assessments.
  • Implementation & Standards: Develop assessment procedures, including standards mapping, answer key creation, and reporting methods.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings, prepare reports, and offer consultation on research design, data analysis, and result interpretation.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on national, global, and local data sources, professional journals, and current research trends.
