Creative Strategist Role

This role is for an experienced Creative Strategist who will drive performance-focused creative direction.

You'll analyze ad concepts, evaluate creative performance data, and turn insights into actionable briefs and feedback.

You'll work closely with creators, designers, and editors to bring creative ideas to life—ensuring assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with performance goals.

As part of your responsibilities, you'll contribute to shaping the evolving role of creative strategy within our team, helping us define standards, processes, and ways of working across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Conduct brand and industry research to fuel creative ideation and ensure relevance.
  • Translate insights into clear, inspiring creative briefs and strategic direction for designers and creators.
Project Management:
  • Manage creative projects from concept to execution—ensuring assets are on-brief, on-brand, and on-time.
  • Coordinate across teams to keep workflows smooth and aligned.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients—gathering input, managing feedback, and ensuring expectations are met.
Creative Quality & Optimization:
  • Review content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with performance goals.
  • Provide actionable feedback and guidelines to creative teams to continuously improve output.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and recommend iterative improvements where needed.
