We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Robinsons Land Corporation- Residences. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant documents of the Property Management Office are filed in an orderly manner, aligned with our standard filing system.
This role involves coordinating schedules and reserving venues for meetings within the scope of the Property Management Office. You will also be responsible for maintaining an updated directory of unit owners/resident/tenant, building contractors, service providers, and other relevant individuals necessary for building operations.
In addition, you will prepare all purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the PMO, monitor office supplies, and order based on reorder levels. Your tasks will also include assisting the PM/PE in facilitating compliance with all relevant and statutory permits, reminding them of important deadlines, and ensuring that all unit owner/resident/tenant calls and complaints are recorded and updated if possible.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
