Customer Care Ambassador

About the Role
We are looking for skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts with great communication skills to join our team. We want individuals who genuinely care about customers' experiences and are willing to partner with clients to help their business grow.
The ideal candidate will work as part of a close-knit, collaborative customer experience team. Responsibilities include managing customer queries via various channels including inbound phones, live support, and email, providing accurate, concise information in a professional and personable manner, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, responding to customer inquiries through Live Chat, email, and phone calls, accurately documenting each customer interaction while upholding the highest levels of integrity, service, and professionalism with every customer correspondence.

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Positive attitude and approach
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience communicating with customers over Email, Webchat, and Phones
- Knowledge of Gorgias & Shopify platforms is an advantage
