We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Specialist to join our team at Offshore Business Processing. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and Admin functions.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for newly hired employees, including orientation sessions, HR and payroll account enrolment, issuance of company IDs, employee handbook acknowledgement, etc.
- HR Administration: Update employee information, file and organize documents, both electronic and hard copies.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance assessments and assist in payroll preparation (company incentives, allowances, salary adjustment, or deduction).
- Counselling and Investigations: Conduct counselling, FGDs, refreshers, and HR orientations, as well as handle grievances, conduct investigations, and impose disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with HRS and HRM in the creation, implementation, development, and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Front Desk Reception: Manage the front desk reception area, handle basic enquiries, attend to telephone calls (filter, transfer calls, and take messages when necessary), and ensure that all issues or concerns arising from building admin equipment are addressed.
- Experience: At least 1 year of solid experience in the same role is required for this position.
- Knowledge: Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and statutory benefits.
- Skills: Proficient in using Windows Applications and Microsoft Office, such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Organizational Skills: Good analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as good organizational skills.
- Integrity: Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner.
