
Key Global Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, calendars, and daily task lists for the team.
You will assist with client onboarding support by collecting assets, documents, notes, and maintaining and updating records in CRM, Airtable, Slack, and Notion.
Additionally, you will handle basic admin tasks such as email management, scheduling, data entry, research, and coordinate across global team members to ensure smooth communication.
You will also assist with automation support by tagging leads, updating workflows, and performing QA checks.
Lastly, you will prepare reports and track KPIs across tools, as well as support ad-hoc projects as the company scales.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English (clear, professional, client-friendly)
- Strong familiarity with productivity tools like Slack, Notion, Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n)
- Bonus: prior experience supporting sales or marketing teams
