Job Title

Automation Developer – Delivering HR Transformation Solutions

This role is focused on delivering high-impact automation solutions that transform how HR works.

The Automation Developer will design, build, test, and refine automations using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio), to make our services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees.

  • Design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.

  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to ensure high quality standards.

  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform.

  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
