Job Title

Product Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy candidate to research tasks in a proprietary platform and automate data entry into electronic medical record systems.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems and be proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and various EMRs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform automated data entry into EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
  • Complete Workflow Tasks using scripts, information from the Clients' Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, artifacts, or assistance from the Production Operations team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is valued.
