We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to play a crucial role in our organization's automation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cross-platform automations that integrate various tools and APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting languages like JavaScript or Python.

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
