Job Summary:

As a Lifestyle Ambassador at SFL, you will be the face of our brand, engaging potential members and guiding them through our fitness offerings. This role involves generating leads, managing the sales process, and effectively communicating the benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle with SFL. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to drive membership growth, build relationships, and close sales with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Conduct flyering, booth duty, outbound calls, and monitor social media to identify potential leads; creatively source new members through referrals and other methods.
• Sales Funnel Management: Actively manage and track leads to maximize conversion rates and streamline the membership subscription process.
• Presentations and Tours: Provide compelling presentations, club tours, and consultations to prospective members, highlighting SFL's offerings.
• Closing Skills: Confidently and convincingly convert potential leads into memberships, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales metrics, and market trends; contribute to process improvements through data insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experienced in the sales industry, particularly in real estate, luxury vehicles, and condominium sales.
• Communication Skills: Must be articulate, persuasive, and credible, with strong presentation abilities.
• Self-Driven and Motivated: Demonstrates reliability and initiative, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Technology Savvy: Proficient in social media, office software, and documentation/reporting tools.
• Personal Traits: Pleasant, empathetic, and engaging, with the ability to relate well with diverse individuals.
