- The Channel Growth Manager is responsible for increasing pipeline growth from the NetSuite ecosystem and other construction-tech partners.
About This Role
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves running a repeatable marketing engine to convert traffic into qualified leads, opportunities, and customer advocacy.
- Key outcomes include generating 6-8 new leads per month sourced or influenced by partners.
- Cultivating active partners with regular business contributions.
- Improving lead conversion rates and MQL to SQL conversion rates.
- Creating named customer stories and securing public reviews.
- Establishing quarterly webinars and co-hosting industry events.
- Documenting repeatable processes like sales/partner onboarding guides and webinar/event checklists.
Core Processes
The successful candidate will establish and document key processes such as lead registration, partner onboarding, webinar execution, and the collection of customer stories.
Qualifications- Experience in SDR, NetSuite ecosystem, and partner management/marketing.
- Comfort with CRM and marketing operations.
- Allocation: 60% partner-sourced pipeline and 40% on marketing conversions and assets (total KPI).
