Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast and beverage experiences to our guests while upholding high standards of quality and service.

About the Role:

  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing warm and professional service to every guest.
  • You will operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process orders, and handle cash/credit transactions with ease.
  • You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Bistro, dining area, and all food preparation areas in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty coffee drinks, and other menu offerings according to high-quality standards.
  • Maintain stock levels, replenish supplies, condiments, utensils, and grab-and-go items as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You:

  • Prior experience in food service, barista, or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
  • You must be able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays, and be flexible with your schedule.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • You have a strong attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • You are knowledgeable about basic food preparation and safe food handling practices, and have a positive attitude.
