Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for our Food & Beverage staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions, including on-the-job training, role-playing, and classroom-style instruction, to educate employees on service techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for enhanced performance.
  • Develop engaging training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning content, to support employee growth and development.
  • Monitor and assess employee performance in training programs, providing regular feedback and coaching to management.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for new employee onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into the team and thorough training according to company expectations.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages engagement and growth among employees.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant information into training programs to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Ensure all Food & Beverage staff comply with safety, hygiene, and company policies during training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory or training-related role.
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and menu knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Leverage leadership and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees, driving overall team performance.
