Medical Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Relationships: Develop relationships with oncologists and channel partners to refer patients who can benefit from new drugs and relatively affordable prices.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct sales meetings with warm and cold leads of oncologists to engage doctors and generate patient referrals.
  • Order Fulfillment: Facilitate order placement and fulfillment in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Network Expansion: Generate second-degree oncologist referral by building a network of other medical sales representatives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-8 years' experience in oncology medical sales, preferably with global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong drive for success and adaptability in a new business model.
  • Ability to attract, activate, and engage with a network of other oncology med reps.
  • Ability to work independently and reliability.
  • Degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
