Job Opportunity

This role requires a diligent and self-motivated professional who provides critical after-hours coverage for eCommerce operations and IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will work independently during overnight hours to ensure seamless business operations across multiple integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve order management system errors in Celigo, SPS Commerce, Pipe17, NetSuite, and ShipHero.
  • Provide first-level IT support for system access issues.
  • Document error resolutions and maintain detailed logs of system issues.
  • Identify patterns in recurring errors to identify potential systemic problems requiring escalation.
  • Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of operations.
Requirements
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Experience with web-based applications and basic understanding of system integrations.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly with provided training.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce operations and order fulfillment processes preferred; NetSuite experience ideal.
