Regional Sales Enablement Manager for Nabati Philippines

Job Summary:
Sales and Training Supervisor plays a pivotal role in empowering regional sales teams. Key responsibilities include providing valuable insights, resource planning, market strategy development, and leading initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the sales force within their assigned region. This individual works closely with Regional Business Managers and Business Managers to implement commercial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and business imperatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the correct implementation and execution of Route to Market (RTM) strategies, plans, processes, and sales force capabilities in their assigned region, focusing on performance-driven results.
- Lead, align, and inspire distribution units along New Route to Market strategies to achieve system-wide growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of affiliate sales training strategies and collaborate with the assigned region to ensure technical knowledge and accurate execution of roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate RTM activities and adjust routes according to customer needs, improve efficiencies, and analyze and resolve work problems by developing innovative RTM programs.
- Conceptualize ideas for short-term and long-term RTM plan development in assigned regions and lead processes to assess and develop the organization's capability to deliver the RTM Plan.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by building a collaborative relationship with distributors, enhancing the strength of the system.
- Propose and develop training programs that satisfy the training needs of the sales force in their assigned region, helping to develop functional and technical skills.
- Establish relationships between functional areas within the assigned region to support initiatives and facilitate smooth implementation.
- Plan, monitor, and report progress and impact of sales force capability-building initiatives.
- Review and propose improvement initiatives to build sales force capability related to each sales process step.
- Conduct fieldwork 2-3 days per week to validate and ensure correct execution of directions by field sales personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a related FMCG organization.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills.
- Leadership capability.
- Above-average interpersonal and communication skills.
- Above-average presentation skills, including ability to make formal presentations and data gathering.
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Estimated Salary:
$800,000 - $1,200,000 per year.
