Project Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in driving private-label and branded initiatives forward as a key support to the Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing the artwork development process, and maintaining accurate project data to ensure timely delivery with minimal risk.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and track project plans to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Report on and coordinate the packaging transition and associated liabilities to ensure zero financial impact.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating cross-functional activities to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Maintain the accuracy and maintenance of critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and the artwork process.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Previous experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments is required.
  • Degree in a relevant field or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
