Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Lead and drive the overall delivery of projects, consistently delivering value to clients.
  • Delivery Planning: Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
  • Team Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
  • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Support the delivery planning phases of discovery workshops, contributing actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments.
Requirements:
  • Experience in successfully delivering projects in the past.
  • A good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks.
  • The ability to run workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand problems based on data insights and research.
  • The capacity to collaborate and encourage delivery teams to achieve success for clients.
