Creative Project Lead

We're seeking a highly organized and influential creative project lead to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects, managing timelines, and fostering seamless collaboration across our creative department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the creative team.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Crucial proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, and Notion.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
