Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Corporate Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a remote opportunity, requiring reliable internet access and a willingness to communicate effectively with our team through virtual means.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bank feeds, reconciliations, and credit card statements for assigned clients
  • Record payroll transactions, journal entries, and benefit bills in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Background in accounting or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Xero
  • Understanding of property management accounting and NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts
  • Prior experience with financial auditing or review
