Job Title: Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and financial support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all supplier invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks.
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts.
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion.
  • Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements.
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (U.S. CST) with minimal supervision.
