We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for guiding them through the initial stages of our services.

About the Role

As a Sales Intake Representative, you will work closely with our attorneys to ensure a seamless client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, answering client inquiries, and scheduling consultations with our legal experts.

Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional first impressions by representing our organization with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle client calls with care by managing incoming calls, answering questions with clarity, and providing guidance on our services.
  • Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a tailored client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
