We're a digital marketing agency looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create effective static ad creatives that drive results.

What You'll Do
  • Design 40 static ad creatives per week that deliver high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work with high-level briefs to translate concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Take ownership of creative output while maintaining quality and consistency at scale.
  • Collaborate with the team on testing and iterating to optimize creative strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in direct-response design, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • A strong understanding of marketing psychology and its application in visual design.
  • The ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results consistently.
  • A portfolio showcasing conversion-focused design skills and experience.
