Job Summary:

This role involves delivering exceptional end customer support while maintaining technical and procedure knowledge.

The successful candidate will actively engage in training employees as required and maintain compliance with current cGMP and QSR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for direct customer support through expert technical solutions using telecommunication, chat, or emerging technologies.
  • Displays leadership in troubleshooting management for laboratory instrumentation with defined methodologies.
  • Recognizes the clinical significance of tests performed in the laboratory.
  • Displays urgency in resolving customer issues.
  • Communicates effectively with empathy and respect to customers, peers, and business partners.
  • Identifies root causes and provides appropriate solutions.
  • Works collaboratively with global teams to achieve goals.
  • Understands and complies with regulatory requirements and documents necessary information.
  • Maintains technical knowledge and may deliver employee training.
  • Supports Continuous Quality Improvement and customer satisfaction goals through ethical behavior and proper documentation.
  • Clearly explains and presents technical information within and outside the organization.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Information Systems, Biomedical, or Engineering with IVD experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting with experience in Clinical Laboratory preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Bilingual (English and a second language).
  • Analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Build effective relationships.
  • Complex problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven performance.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Technical knowledge of systems and solutions.
  • Coaching and computer/MS Office competency.
