We are looking for an accomplished professional to lead the logistics function across the region, with a strong focus in project management. In this position, you will demonstrate detailed knowledge on customs clearance processes, ensure accurate and timely completion of customs declarations, and coordinate closely with local and international stakeholders.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with suppliers, forwarding agents, recipients, and colleagues to optimize supply chain operations
  • Managing customs clearance processes and coordinating between contractors, transportation providers, brokers/agencies, and customs offices
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain, negotiate costs, and improve efficiency
  • Approving and archiving orders, shipping documents, and invoices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Experience in business process analysis and design is a plus
  • Team player with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate globally and cross-functionally
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • Minimum: Five (5) years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of success
    • Preferred: Renewable or similar power industry experience is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
    • Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision making
    • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, transport regulations, and industry best practices
