Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at Mass Markets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to review and benchmark compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support onboarding activities and collaborate with training and development teams to foster employee growth and career development.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and strategic interventions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 Year experience in employee experience or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
